My Story

Growing up, I experienced many deeply traumatic events. Lacking the support I needed early on, I faced intense struggles and eventually found myself in a very dark place, living a dangerous and destructive lifestyle and in very bad mental health.
Around age 20, my healing journey began. I started exploring self-help and psychology and learning to meditate. I completed a 10-day Vipassana meditation retreat and spent years exploring temples and churches until I discovered a spiritual path that truly resonated with me. Throughout my life, I continued to face more trauma and challenges, but I stayed committed to learning from these experiences and using those lessons to grow and heal. Practices such as journaling, meditation, reading, physical exercise, and therapy have all been important in supporting my personal growth.
Dreams have fascinated me since I was a child. I frequently had vivid and intense dreams that left me wondering about their meaning. Over time, I learned how to work with my dreams to gain insight, connect with the deeper parts of myself, and support my growth and healing. I am passionate about helping others explore their dreams as a tool for self-understanding and personal transformation.
I have always been drawn to supporting others. My experiences have given me empathy, insight, and a strong desire to hold space for people navigating difficult emotions and life challenges.
I completed my Life and Wellness Coaching Certification through The Canada Coach Academy, an approved partner of The International Coaching Federation. Today, I provide Emotional Wellness Support, assisting others in their journey of growth and healing which is one of the most rewarding experiences of my life.
